Gassenhauer
The Trio Risonante presents a varied concert program that takes the audience on a sonic journey through different eras and styles of classical music. The main work on this program is Beethoven’s “Gassenhauer Trio”. In addition to romantic-expressionistic elements in Zemlinsky’s trio, this program also offers rhapsodic-impressionistic sounds by Debussy, as well as a contemporary interpretation of a Mozart Adagio by Arvo Pärt. You will also encounter Schumann’s fictional characters Florestan and Eusebius. This concert reflects the development of music and its forms of expression over the centuries and offers a fascinating insight into its diversity.
